To learn hotel management and serve global travelers

 HK CTS hotel internship grogram in Beijing

 

Background

    The 85% national income of Hong Kong people are coming from service industry, among it, tourist industry contributes a lot. Referring the teaching plan of tourist department, HK CTS hotel arranged this internship. This opportunity aims at providing opportunities to students who want to work in service industry in the future, and at the same time, they have chances to experience culture, history, local customs as well as the working environment in Mainland China.

Brief introduction of the internship:

Internship enterprise: Metro Park Lido Hotel

Internship time: 2015.08.03-2015.08.29

Internship position: Front office Department, Housekeeping Department, Food and Beverage Department

 

Reflection of the internship：

      This internship program gave me a chance to experience different working environment, and people. I stepped out from my comfort zone, initially put forward my own questions, suggestions, and having chat with my boss, colleagues and guests. This experience expanded my horizon. Beside, I luckily met a group of good friends. We work together to solve problems, and grow together. I really want to thank CN PECC CEO FORUM, which gave me such valuable chance, and also thanks MR, He and Miss Xu for arranging this internship.
